Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you register your interest, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
Who controls your data
The controller of your data is Sabiq, the company behind 2M. To ask about your personal data or exercise your rights, write to us at hello@sabiq.sa.
The data we collect
Your mobile number, your email address if you choose to enter it, the product you are interested in, and the date you registered. We also keep limited technical data to prevent abuse. We do not collect your national ID number, your income, your date of birth, or any credit data.
Why we process it
One purpose: to contact you when the service launches, and to measure how much interest there is in each product. We do not use your data for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Lawful basis
Your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you register. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for 12 months from the date you register, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that it is permanently deleted.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
Your data is hosted with a hosting provider in Bahrain (AWS me-south-1). This means your data is processed and stored outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we apply the safeguards the law requires for such a transfer.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy, to have it corrected or completed, to have it destroyed, and to withdraw your consent. We respond within the statutory period at hello@sabiq.sa. You also have the right to complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Data security
Data is transmitted encrypted, and access is limited to those who need it for the purpose of contacting you at launch.
Measuring site usage
We use analytics that do not rely on cookies and do not track visitors across sites, to measure how many people visit and how the calculator is used. The data is aggregated and does not identify you.
